These terms govern your use of PantryWeave, provided by Arterus Bilisim Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi, trading as Arterus Technologies. By using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and sign-in methods secure. Guest use may be available; some backup, recovery, or premium features may require a linked account.
What PantryWeave provides
PantryWeave helps organize pantry information, discover recipes, evaluate household preferences, scale servings, and create meal plans and grocery lists. Features and catalog availability may change as the service improves.
Food, allergy, and nutrition disclaimer
PantryWeave is an informational planning tool, not medical or nutritional treatment. Recipe data, substitutions, nutrition estimates, and allergen mappings may be incomplete or affected by brands, labels, manufacturing, cross-contact, preparation, and user-entered information. Never rely on the app as your only safety check. Verify packaging and ingredients, prevent cross-contact, and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Subscriptions
PantryWeave may offer one Premium access level through weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The app will show the included features, billing period, localized total price, trial terms if any, and renewal information before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews unless cancelled through Apple at least as required by Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel at Apple Subscriptions.
Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Deleting the app or a PantryWeave account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Premium access must not be shared, resold, or bypassed.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security or access controls, scrape or redistribute the catalog at scale, reverse engineer where prohibited, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use PantryWeave in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
PantryWeave software, design, trademarks, and catalog content are owned by or licensed to Arterus Bilisim Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Third-party content and Apple services remain subject to their respective terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Paid users will retain the rights required by applicable consumer law and the terms shown at purchase.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantryWeave is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Arterus Bilisim Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user input, third-party products, ignored food labels or medical advice, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account. We may suspend access for material misuse, security risk, or legal necessity. Subscription billing remains managed by Apple until cancelled.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use PantryWeave as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections and rights—including any right to bring a claim in your country of residence—remain unaffected. Any forum or court is determined under the mandatory rules that apply to the dispute.
