PantryWeave provides account deletion inside the app. Open Profile, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. This deletes an anonymous account as well as an account linked with Sign in with Apple.
What deletion will remove
The deletion flow removes the PantryWeave authentication account and associated Firestore account, consent, product, and optional research records, except for records that must be retained for security, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. Local app data associated with PantryWeave is also cleared by the in-app deletion flow.
Request deletion
Use the in-app Delete account control whenever you can access the app. If you cannot access it, email info@pantryweave.com. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting your PantryWeave account does not cancel an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple. Review or cancel it first at Apple Subscriptions. You may choose immediate account deletion even if a subscription remains active.
Guest data
Guest preferences stored only on your device can be cleared from PantryWeave’s Privacy or Data settings or by deleting the app. Optional analytics consent can be revoked independently.
