Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective: October 19, 2026

This policy explains how PantryWeave handles the food preferences you can save: allergy, eating-style and ingredient choices. Some of them, such as allergies, may be considered consumer health data under Washington law. Our Privacy Policy covers all other data.

Who we are

Arterus Bilisim Teknoloji Anonim Sirketi, trading as Arterus Technologies, provides PantryWeave (“we”).

What we collect and why

In your food profile you can save, for yourself and for people in your household:

We treat all of these choices the same way, as described here. Adding them is optional: during setup you can choose none, and you can change or remove them later in Profile.

We use these choices to leave out recipes and meal-plan suggestions that conflict with them, and to check plans you put together. If you allow analytics (“Help improve PantryWeave”), setup also records how many eating styles you picked (none, one, or two or more), never which ones. We do not use these choices for anything else.

Where the data comes from

From you, when you enter choices for yourself or for someone in your household. Names you give household members stay on your device.

How we handle it

Sharing and sale

We do not sell these choices. Apart from the service providers that host and run our service, we do not give them to anyone else.

Allergy choices are not sent to analytics or advertising providers, and we do not use any of these choices to target ads.
